Job Description

Goodcare LLC in Sibley, IA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The position can be full or part time. And for full time- can be a 4 day/ week position. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to provide quality care and support to patients in need of rehabilitation services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those they serve. You must be highly skilled in monitoring patients' needs, treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic activities to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

As a COTA at Goodcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your compassion, empathy, and ability to connect with patients on a personal level will be crucial in helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

In addition to providing direct patient care, the COTA will also collaborate with the occupational therapy team to evaluate treatment outcomes, modify intervention plans as needed, and educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-care techniques.
