Qualification & Requirements:           

• Diploma or Equivalent degree in Electrical/Mechanical specialization.
• Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Machinery Maintenance.
• Precast Machinery Experience will be an added advantage.
• Should handle both electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting.
• Should have knowledge on Sensors, Induction Motors, Frequency Invertors, Electrical control System, Basic PLC Architecture, Transformer.
• Should know to test electrical system with various testing equipment like Megger, Earth Tester, Multi/Clamp meter.
• Shall be able to read Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & PI drawings.
• In-depth Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulics.                             

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should follow day to day Maintenance Activities, CLIT, 5S, Preventive & Periodic Maintenance ensuring all machine running in its basic condition.
• Should follow the Entire erection and commissioning of Heavy Construction Equipment, machineries and maintaining commissioning record for all.
• Maintaining Good 5S across the Factory and implementing Visual factory.
• Supporting Site Operations on servicing power tools/Equipment in regular basis.
• Capable of handling critical situation with respect to Machine Breakdown.
• All Breakdowns/Abnormalities shall be reported to manager and do follow till correction.
• Updating maintenance records and circulating it to reporting manager in daily basis.
• Routine Audits ensuring all Factory/Site Equipment running in its good basic condition.
• Perform various activities pertaining to root cause analysis, operations, installation, maintenance, defect rectification and safety checks on various equipment and analyse each and individual process and allocating manpower based on requirement.
• Abnormality Management System for identifying and addressing all abnormalities.
• Involving in Factory improvement activities.
• Should adhere all safety standards like EHS, OHSAS, BBS etc.
