We're searching for a cook who's not only adept in the kitchen but also thrives in guest interactions, to join our restaurant in Heber, Utah. Our open kitchen dining room blurs the line between chefs and diners, creating a truly immersive experience. Led by a Chef who values creativity, collaboration, and direct guest engagement, we offer an intimate and engaging dining experience. As we build our brand, we're looking for team members who are excited about making every meal an event.

Position: Cook

Location: Heber, Utah

Working Hours: (3 days a week) 7 to 4:30 (Closed Monday)

Your Role:

  • Prepare and present dishes in accordance with our high standards, within a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.

  • Embrace our open kitchen layout by interacting with guests, sharing insights into your techniques, and contributing to a warm and engaging dining experience.

  • Continuously learn and apply advanced cooking techniques, and contribute ideas to menu development.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, in line with the intimate and interactive nature of our dining experience.
