Assistant Property Manager

Quest Groups Staffing is Searching for an Assistant Property Manger for our clients Manaufactured Housing Community- will be the Assistant Property Manager for 3 different properties ( expansions to create one large park with around 266 units). Located in Nachitoches, LA

Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are accurately recorded
- Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule repairs with maintenance staff or vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., OneSite, CMMS)
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
