We have an immediate need for a Mortgage Loan Originator to work with borrowers seeking mortgage loans secured by manufactured homes and other single-family homes. You will be responsible for seeking potential borrowers, helping them complete loan applications and analysing those applications.

We offer a hybrid work plan combining remote work with a location in our Concord office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seek potential borrowers and guide them through the mortgage application process.
• Analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and suitability for mortgage loans secured by manufactured homes and single-family homes.
• Assist in the development of new loan products and marketing strategies to expand our outreach.
• Collaborate with the Single-Family Housing team to ensure efficient processing of mortgage loan applications.
• Identify new markets to promote portfolio growth and strengthen our impact on communities.

The Person

• The key skills and qualities of a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator are:
• Previous experience in the banking or mortgage industry is required.
• Possession of a current NMLS license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with loan-origination software is necessary, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
• Bilingual fluency is preferred but not required.
