Store Manager - BINGHAMTON

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Skilled at scheduling employees to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Responsible for proper accounting and cash receipts
• Ensure Sales reports are completed and submitted on time
• Able to read and interpret simple income and expense reports
• Willing to travel as needed
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate others
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record
