**Residential Architect Responsibilities:**

• Lead design and construction document efforts for Builder-Series residential projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, from concept design to permit package production.
• Engage in client interactions, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

**Residential Architect Requirements:**

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Builder-Series residential construction.
• Passion for residential construction with a background in design and/or construction documentation.
• NCARB certification is a plus.
• Career-oriented individual interested in long-term growth opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges proactively.
