Pay:

Monthly draw
Bonus pay

Schedule:

5 day work week
Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Operating hours of the store
Monday - Friday 10 AM - 8 PM
Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities:

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Answer customer leads and questions via the internet and assist in answering their questions.
Work with customers on the phone to set appointments and answer any product questions.
Meet KPIs in phone calls made per day, appointments set per day, and cars sold per month.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Have quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Technologically savvy with computers
Must have a valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass abackground check
Eligibility to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate a vehicle
Ability to sit for 2- 4 hours
Ability to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours
Visual acuity to read and type for 2 - 6 hours
Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2 - 4 hours
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted

Work Environment:

Onsite desk setup to assist in-person customers
Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
Frequently in and out of vehicles
