Automotive Service Advisor - Part-time

We have proudly served the local community for the past 25-years and we are looking for professionals to join our Elite Team. We are looking for people who are able to provide our customers with a World Class experience.

This position is essential for our two lane Service Drive which is a very fast paced environment averaging 120 to 160 appointments daily.

• Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Perform a vehicle walk around and thoroughly document customers concerns in a manner to allow for proper diagnose and service to the vehicle by our certified technicians
• Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner

• At least one year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
• Personal and professional integrity
• Above average energy level
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
