Overview:
The Multisite Clinic Director is responsible for the management of two or more physical therapy clinics, overall patient and employee satisfaction, as well as for the evaluation and treatment of patients.

The Multisite Clinic Director oversees all clinic staff at each location and coordinates staff vacations, staff scheduling, and staff management to optimize the operation of the clinics in accordance with the standards set by corporate management.

This position requires continual communication with all clinics as well as weekly clinic visits to ensure that the mission statement is being delivered daily in each clinic. The Multi-site Clinic Director develops relationships with referring physicians and potential referring physicians. Overall treatment of patients will include hands on and written evaluation, development of plan of care, and ongoing treatment with patients through all phases of physical therapy. Position requires ensuring every patient receives a unique experience through a comprehensive, thorough, and customized physical therapy regimen with an emphasis on quality care provided in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Include:

- Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as directed by your manager

- Responsible for clinic staffing levels

- Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team

- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community

- Build a team culture which aligns with ATIs mission

- Support development of team members to ensure high performance. This includes feeling comfortable in providing critical feedback when necessary and annual performance development discussions

- Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapywith an emphasis towards compassionate, comprehensive and evidenced based approaches, restoring patients to full functionality

- Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes

- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources

- Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance

- Schedule management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college

- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic

- Exhibit a passion for physical therapy and patient outcomes

- Natural born leader with the ability to drive performance and motivate employees

- Proficient in basic technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and feel comfortable reviewing reports and metrics

- Ability to stand, stoop and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift

- Must be licensed, or license eligible in their respective clinic state

- The Multisite Clinic Director must encompass strong time-management skills and have the ability to seamlessly follow company directives to ensure continuity across clinics
