Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

Mon-Sun, 4x9 hour shifts between 7-5pm, on call if they can do Peds.

Time Off- Ensure dates make sense for the required start date and are 5 days or less. Include within the attached profile/resume. All RTO needs to be in at time of submission.

Certifications- Make sure certs are accurate and up to date.

How many scanners/rooms does this department have: 5 scanners-Phillip EPIC CVX.

Common types of imaging: ECHO-3D. See a lot of pediatric- peds experience preferred, NICU-preferred but not required. Inpatient and Outpatient, CVOR- special procedures-watchmen, TAVR, TEE.

EMR &/or PACS: EPIC. Phillips-Intellispace Cardiovascular.

Cardiology in-house for stats: Yes- will read stats in house real time, use Phoenix Children’s to read stat peds.

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.

Holiday Requirements: Up to 2 of the 3 winter/summer holidays.

Scrub Color: Hunter Green.

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: One day NEO, 2 days on floor orientation.

Maximum days off: 5 days
