STATUS: non-regular, non-exempt, temporary (approximately 2 months)
DEPT/LOCATION: Fresno, CA

Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Provide data validation and balancing support to the Deposit Operations department, via review of exception reports as it compares to standards. Make recommendations or changes on data that conflicts with established standards.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to understand complex scenarios.
  • Team player with the ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Professional and service-oriented demeanor and communication skills.
  • Good judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for technology and proficiency with computers, including cloud-based programs.
  • Proficiency at speaking, reading and writing English.

Experience and/or Education:

  • Previous clerical experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable of Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI), preferred.
  • Six (6) months of related experience in a banking branch or back office, preferred.

This position is temporary and requiring availability of 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
