We're looking for a regional Registered Nurse float in Northwestern Indiana. Our RNs in this role enjoy: Variety of Experience - As a float RN, you'll have the chance to work in different units, exposing you to a wide range of medical conditions, patient populations, and treatments. This diversity enhances your clinical skills and knowledge. Skill Development - Adapting to various units helps mold you into a versatile and confident nurse, capable of handling various situations. Networking - Working in different units allows you to build relationships with various teammates, leading to valuable connections and potentially open doors for career advancement. Paid Mileage and Travel Time ASN or BSN welcome to apply. We provide paid hemodialysis training --no experience needed! Schedule - Earliest start time 4am; Latest shift until 9pm with shift durations of 7 - 12 hours (schedule made 1 month in advance) Some details about this position: * No Dialysis experience is required. * Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic What you can expect: * Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting. * Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. * Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. * Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. * You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.
