Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

Looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper must have at least 5 years experience in bookkeeping, Accts Payable/Receivables, Reconciling, Accounting and Reporting. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and detail oriented. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online and have experience with processing collections.

Pay: $22/Hour - $26/Hour Depending on Experience

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Functions:

• Utilize knowledge of bookkeeping and QBO to setup new customers
• Collections on past due accounts
• Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Organize chart of accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Categorize and/or record transactions
• Prepare journal entries as necessary
• Process payroll and prepare any payroll tax filings
• Prepare and review financial statements
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent bookkeeping experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Collections Experience
• Detail oriented and organized
• Reliable, focused, and professional
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping including AP, AR, and journal
  entries
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and
  financial records
• Data entry skills
