Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

Work Hours: Flexible start time 5:00am-7:00am - 40 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, tooling, and die making, with the ability to fabricate and repair precision components. The primary responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Setting up and operating a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Fabricating, repairing, and maintaining dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to precise specifications.
• Performing precision machining operations to produce high-quality components.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with tooling and dies.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop new tooling and die designs.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in tool and die making is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tool and die making or related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling techniques.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
