IT Project Coordinator

**This position requires being onsite in Lansing, MI so please only apply if you are local to MI**

This position will function as a IT Project Coordinator/Junior IT Project Manager supporting a local company. Agile experience is preferred. As this resource will be facilitating the timely completion of System Security Plans, primary duties will be tracking target dates for completion of corrective action plans and POAMs (Plans of Action and Milestones) and making sure that the milestones are being met. In addition to the standard job functions, this individual will also track resources and time allocations and assist with required project management documentation and weekly status reports. Experience with software development and knowledge of IT security / NIST cybersecurity framework is preferred.

• Agile experience
• System Security Plans (SSP) experience
• Software development project experience
• Experience tracking project target dates, and creating action plans and weekly status reports
• Experience assisting a Sr. IT Project Manager
• Experience assisting at PM in the creation of project plans, charters
