Customer Service Banker - Full-time

Large community bank is looking for a bank teller to work onsite in Telluride, CO! Looking for people interested in building a career in banking and finance.

Schedule: M-F, 8-5

Job Description:

• Processing transactions
• Cash checks with assigned limits
• Responsible for daily cash settlements and proof transactions
• Open checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit accounts
• Orders check and ATM/Debit cards and provides started checks for new accounts
• Upsells customers to open, develop, and close sales
• Identifies customer's financial needs through in person meetings, referrals, marketing, etc.

MUST HAVE:

• 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience required (i.e. retail store, server, bartender, etc.)
• Must live in OR near Telluride / must also have housing confirmed and in place prior to interviewing for the role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers that come into the branch
• Someone who is coachable and able to receive feedback
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
