School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in West Virginia

Job Overview:
We are looking for a speech-language pathologist to join our school-based team in West Virginia. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with experience working with school-age children. This position requires a current license to practice in West Virginia and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Work with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans for each student
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide feedback to parents and teachers on student progress
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g. teachers, school psychologists, etc.) to ensure the best outcomes for students
Attend meetings and trainings as required
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress

Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensure/Certification to practice Speech-Language Pathology in West Virginia
Experience working with school-age children
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
