Soliant Health is actively seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for full-time positions within school districts in the Ukiah, CA area. We are currently interviewing qualified candidates who meet all local and state requirements. Please see detailed qualifications below.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for speech and language disorders
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments to determine speech and language disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address munication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into the educational curriculum
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• municate regularly with parents/guardians regarding therapy progress and remendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to therapy services and student progress
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required
