Call Center Representative - Part-time

We are partnered with a top pest and tick control company located in the local Norwalk area. They are looking to hire MULTIPLE Customer Service/Sales Representatives.

Description:

• Place outbound calls to customers for follow ups
• Handle incoming calls from customer interested in services
• Build relationship with customer
• Input data in CRM
• Drive sales and setting appointments
• Sales reporting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. Outbound Calls (1 year)
2. Microsoft Office experience (1 year)
3. Telemarketing or Inside Sales
