Member Services Representative Job Description

Projected Start Date: ASAP

Location: Coral Springs, FL – IN OFFICE POSITION

Duration: 6 month Contract

Pay: $18

Shift:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm 

Details:

• Provide member focused customer service to plan members and customers on OTC products.
• Process orders placed by members via merchant services.
• Provide information on products.
• Maintain excellent follow up with customers on pending orders and issue resolutions.
• Enter orders into Member Portal Software per customer requests for processing.
• Assist in processing of outgoing orders and returns via our major delivery companies.
