As the Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, you will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services and Interdisciplinary Teams to further that mission. These passionate teams will depend on you to care for and support our patients during their hospice journey.

An LVN/LPN license in good standing
1 year of clinical experience, hospice or home health preferred
A valid driver’s license
Current CPR certification
Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
And additional related duties as needed
