Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a production facility in Everett. This is a direct hire opportunity offering fulltime, permanent work on 2nd shift or 3 shift.
We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about ensuring safety and quality products.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct verification of food safety and quality checks.
- Provide on-the-floor QA support to investigate and troubleshoot production safety, quality, or process control issues.
- Assist QA management in collecting data for product and system improvements related to food safety and quality, including Statistical Process Controls.
- Support QA and Operations during special batch runs.
- Conduct conformance checks of ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including Federal, State, and Local occupational safety requirements.
- Collaborate with QA and site teams to achieve QA departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Two years of relevant experience in Quality Control.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in computer use.
- Effective ability to understand and express ideas and instructions.
- Team player with efficient collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow instructions, and see tasks through to completion.
