Position Overview: As a Receptionist at CCCHC, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our patients. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive patient experiences. The Receptionist will be responsible for front desk operations, including interacting with patients in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• Collect co-pays and payments for services rendered.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

The Receptionist at CCCHC will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!
