Enjoy an in-office Monday - Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering flexibility when needed.

All that you need is:

  • Experience in technical computer support
  • Experience with computer hardware and software
  • Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with information technology systems, technical computer support, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to maintain network communications

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR IT TECHNICIAN?

As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and privacy of all systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining computer system hardware and software, as well as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues on various servers, firewalls, and backup systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring computer and telephone systems, installing and configuring security camera systems, and maintaining timecard/door access systems. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and recommend changes in systems, provide training to users and vendors, and assist in maintaining records and computer inventory.
