Custodian / Janitorial Crew Duties include:

Collect and remove trash and debris from building and premises

Clean office, store, and shop floors by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.

Clean window and door glass, aluminum, steel, wood, plastic, and other surfaces

Clean and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and office equipment

Set up and arrange customer lounges, break rooms, and conference rooms

Identify and report possible building problems and repairs

Assist in lawn care, grounds-keeping, and snow removal

Other duties as assigned

Custodian / Janitorial Crew Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

At least 2 years custodial / janitorial experience

Must be able to work independently, pleasant and professional

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, some lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.

Must have a valid Driver's License with few to no points.

Must have a current valid driver's license with minimal violations or points.
