Requirements:
- Be Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR).
- Produce a Record of Board Proceedings, of the administrative discharge board hearing.
- Provide to the 173 FW/JA a copy of the Record of Board Proceedings.
- Be available to make any needed corrections to the Record of Board Proceedings.
