đ Location: Sulphur, LA 70663
đĩ Salary: $40-50/hr
Join our Sulphur team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- đĄ Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
- đ Administer a variety of infusion therapies with precision and attention to detail.
- đ Monitor patient responses closely, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- đ Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in adherence to healthcare standards.
- đ¤ Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- 𧰠Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Qualifications:
- đ Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
- đ Active LA nursing license.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Willingness to travel locally within Sulphur and surrounding areas.
- đģ Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
