Job Title - Branch Manager
Location - Key West, FL
One of Southeast USA’s largest building material suppliers is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager. If you are a self-motivated and passionate individual with experience in the building materials sector and have a desire to work in a dynamic and growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the building materials/lumber yard, including inventory management, customer service, and employee supervision.
- Manage/Schedule a small team of employees (2-3) and 2-3 trucks/forklifts.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Generate purchase order, Invoices, quotes, and sourcing non-stock items.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Branch Manager role in a lumber or building materials yard with a strong preference to understand treated wood, piling, and outdoor marine type construction.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , Accounting and Etc.
