Job Description
We’re hiring an innovative social media coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As a member of the digital marketing team, you’ll assist the social media manager to develop a multi-channel social media strategy, create dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identify key digital media opportunities, engage with influencers, and report analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results. $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics and social platforms and advise on improvements
  • Create a digital strategy with compelling content across our social media accounts that corresponds with our digital marketing goals
  • Work with the social media manager to establish our brand’s online identity
  • Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers
  • Run our social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Manage the work of the social media team and ensure deadlines are met
  • Effectively plan and prioritize a high volume of requests and follow through in a timely manner
  • Develop best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
  • Research and suggest original content based on what’s trending
  • Do quality control: review and approve all preliminary and final posts
  • Monitor post replies (keep your finger on the pulse of these communications)
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any media problems (technical issues, policy violations, etc.) 
  • Stay informed of any major changes to media (new opportunities or threats)
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
  • 2 or more years of experience as a social media strategist, marketing coordinator, or related position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred
  • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills 
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and ability to articulate ideas and build relationships
