Construction Laborer/Carpenter

Clear Mountain Contracting is a small local business located in Long Lake, NY. We work mainly in Long Lake, Newcomb, Indian Lake and surrounding areas, with a focus on remodels, additions, new builds, decks, camp restoration, and more. Responsibilities:
- Perform various carpentry tasks including framing, concrete forming, and remodeling projects, finish work, siding, window and door installs, roofs and more
- Assist with restoration and repair work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Show up on time and ready to work.

Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in a construction or remodeling setting
- Knowledge of framing, concrete forming, drywall, painting, flooring, roofing, window/door installation, and much more
- Familiarity with restoration techniques and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Requirements
-Reliable car/truck
-Valid driver's license
-High school diploma or GED
