Healthcare Call Center - Part-time

A Medical Equipment company is hiring multiple Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join the team for a great long term opportunity in Milwaukie, OR!

Job Duties:

• Answer 50+ incoming calls daily
• Verify customer identity and contact information upon receiving a call
• Confirm and discuss the customer's medical supply needs
• Verify that the customer's insurance will likely cover the necessary expenses
• Ensure that applicable prescriptions are up to date and valid
• Confirm the order details with the customer before processing
• Locate the required medical supplies from our inventory and prepare them for shipment via computer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of recent call center experience required
• Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is a plus
• Familiarity with insurance policies and prescription verification a plus
