DescriptionBusiness Overview:As a BNP Paribas Futures and Options Sales Trader, you will join a team that offers integrated sales and trading of all electronic products across equities, FX, Options and futures. Your focus will be to engage in execution coverage of institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. In this role you will be responsible for growing these client relationships and develop a trading franchise within a growing organization which has strong ambitions here in the US. This dynamic team works closely with team members across Cash Equities, Global Macro, Equity Derivatives and Prime Brokerage in order to engage with clients on their listed derivatives execution needs. Compliance Culture and Conduct: Takes full responsibility for personal actions and demonstrates courage in facing problems and conflicts.Perceived as a person of high moral character; upholds corporate values and displays high ethical standards.Responsibilities: -           Develop and maintain client relationships across execution products-           Work closely with cash equity trading, derivatives voice execution, and derivatives clearing sales teams to grow client trading revenue and manage P&L-           Have a working understanding of algorithms, execution flow and market structure-           Partner with technology teams to implement solutions for clients and service client needs-           Expand the listed derivative execution product penetration into your clients-           Cross sell the franchise, particularly between equities and derivatives, financing and structured products-           Collaborate daily with global teams and clients around the clock to help grow our firms global footprintQualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications:-          Bachelors degree-          2+ years of sales trading experience in a relevant equity, fx, or derivatives sector-          Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client trading relationships-          Strong interest in automation and, proactively work with vendors and, e-trading platforms and services -          good understanding of equity trading workflows, multi-asset products, and derivatives markets-          Strong partnership and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: -          Master’s Degree preferredFINRA Registrations Required:  -          Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.
