And, in communities with greatest need, we work in collaboration to expand access to quality eye care for all.We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Professional Education with specialized expertise in intraocular implants and phaco to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the execution of comprehensive educational programs and initiatives tailored to healthcare professionals in the field of ophthalmology. Your primary focus will be on implants and phaco, ensuring that ophthalmologists and associated healthcare professionals receive up-to-date and relevant training in these areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D and Medical Affairs, to drive educational excellence and support the company's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:·       Develop and implement a comprehensive professional education strategy and curriculum focusing on implants and phaco techniques.·       Design and support the delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars to healthcare professionals, including ophthalmologists, optometrists and technicians.·       Drive educational program innovation by implementing cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience.·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, trends, and emerging best practices in the field of implants and phaco.·       Create educational materials, including presentations, e-learning tools, and hands-on training modules.·       Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and communication strategies to promote educational programs.·       Develops best in class key performance indicators that monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of education plan improvements and training program modifications.·       Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, professional associations, and other relevant entities in the ophthalmology field.·       Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements.·       Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and research in the field of implants and phaco, and incorporate relevant insights into educational programs.Qualifications·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education). Advanced degree preferred.·       Minimum 10 years of experience in professional education, preferably within the ophthalmology or medical device industry·       Strong knowledge and expertise in implants and phaco techniques within ophthalmology.·       Experience in program development, curriculum design, and delivery of educational initiatives.·       Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.·       Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.·       Proven track record in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.·       Up to 25% business travel may be required to support training delivery, meetings and conference attendance.Role Location: Irvine, California or Jacksonville, Florida but flexible if able to travel.This job posting is anticipated to close on 3/30/2024.  The Company may however extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available on to accept additional applications. The anticipated base pay range for this position for Irvine, CA is $136,000- $203,600Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
