We are looking to hire a leader, as Principal Product Manager - Azure Support Tooling Strategy, who will be responsible for scaling and transforming Azure’s support tooling and products that are the backbone of delivering world-class experiences for some of our largest customers. To accelerate this effort, this leader will form a tight partnership with a range of senior stakeholders across Azure Product Engineering teams, Customer Support and Success, Finance, Offerings, Marketing and more.This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.  Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.5+ years of business leadership experienceBackground in business process design5+ years of experience working across organizations and roles to drive a product strategy from concept to launch.Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmento OR equivalent experienceProven combination of demonstrated business acumen, deep technical knowledge, and excellent communication and storytelling skills that have allowed you to solve difficult problems and drive clarity for stakeholders in ambiguous settings.Proficient in using Agile tools and methodologies and solid product management mindset and 5+ years experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms and services.Demonstrated track record of establishing goals and exceeding them, including taking responsibility and holding others accountable for actions, decisions, and goals.Ability to write clear and concise business/technical/product requirement documents.Passion and experience in solving complex and ambiguous problems.Solid communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
