Job duties will include assisting a marketing team in understanding the technical aspects of products, supporting product launches, and answering customer questions.Provide product demonstrations for Slingshot solutions.Background in HPC and AI systems, applications and/or interconnects.Must possess a combination of technical HPC and AI system and sales acumen.Understands the role of the network in high performance HPC and AI systems and works closely with the rest of the Product Management team to improve the Slingshot solution. Represents the Slingshot Product Management team to other product groups inside HPE, to sales teams as well as customers and industry partners.Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods, works on complex problems where assessment of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors in support of enabling the sales, partner and support organizations.Oversees and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Part of a larger Product Management team responsible for the Slingshot portfolio, and is expected to drive and represent these Slingshot based technologies as part of the overall Slingshot portfolio and go-to-market strategies and implementationsHow You'll Make Your MarkIdentify, create and deliver technical product management deliverables for the Slingshot Product Management team, including competitive assessment, application and configuration guides, sales collateral, internal documentation, internal and customer training materials etc.Synthesize technical requirements into marketing/customer deliverables through having intimate customer and product knowledge Create and maintains relationships with other HPE business units, and outside companies to create and implement software integrations based on SlingshotAbout YouBachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
