Senior UX/UI Design Manager - Exciting Tech Company!

A leading people search and identity verification platform, is seeking an experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Design Manager to join their growing team. As a Senior UX/UI Design Manager you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design across their digital products and platforms, ensuring exceptional usability, visual appeal, and overall user satisfaction.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of UX/UI designers, with the ability to provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to drive excellence in design deliverables. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with the ability to apply them to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience in conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions, and using insights to inform design decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and constraints to create innovative design solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Experience in designing for data-driven products or identity verification solutions is a plus.
