They will develop and shape business development priorities, present to key public sector decision-makers on innovations that support equity goals, create a roadmap for government client outreach, produce metrics for success, and partner with internal business partners to support growth objectives. A minority of the Director’s time (approximately 20%) will be dedicated to shaping and helping implement our internal DE&I strategy. Responsibilities Proactively seek new opportunities to elevate Conduent’s DEI value proposition across multiple business lines and jurisdictions Represent Conduent externally with prospective government clients by sharing DEI data/analytics presentations, analysis/insights, and actionable recommendations to move the needle Provide insights, data analysis, and best practices to highlight Conduent’s DEI strengths, develop strong value propositions, and optimize Conduent’s positioning with public sector clients and government officials to create, develop, and drive partnerships Work cross-functionally and establish productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the enterprise (including operations, government affairs/legal, human resources, and communications leaders) to determine priorities/investments and support the same, externally and internally Foster best practice sharing and employee engagement collaboration across the business, DEI committees, and other partners Stay current on DEI and ERG best practices.  Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher At least 7-10 years of experience in advancing recognized DEI best practices and standards Effective public speaking and presentation skills to a wide variety of audiences and audience sizes, including high-level executives and clients Expertise in advising and leading in large and public sector organizations and/or private sector external affairs Established network and a strong reputation as a subject matter expert and recognized DEI thought leader Ability to successfully build relationships with diverse decision-makers and stakeholders of influence Prioritizes teamwork with other business leads and successfully partners with key stakeholders on strategies and approaches Employs a strategic and innovative approach in solving challenges and identifying opportunities Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a solid work ethic Effective at explaining complex topics in digestible ways for diverse audiences Respects high standards for ethics, accountability, teamwork, humility, and ownership  Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
