This includes 35 manufacturing sites, 15 Timberlands offices and 18 Distribution Centers. This position will drive next generation infrastructure capabilities and services required to support future solutions and business growth. This is a leadership role that spans traditional enterprise IT services and manufacturing operational technology (OT) systems that integrate with technology infrastructure or converged IT/OT solutions. You will focus on providing highly reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure services to support advanced use of modern or emerging technologies (edge computing, IIoT, automation, cloud services etc.) scaling operations, and partnering closely with IT, business, and security teams. Primary Responsibilities:Supports the strategy and technical roadmap bridging the gap between the complexities of technology and the practical needs of the business.Manages a team of IT Field services technicians and engineers, providing leadership, mentorship, performance management and developing a high-performance team.Provides IT/OT Technical leadership with good in-depth knowledge of a broad range of technologies in regulated environments to include networking, wireless, server virtualization, infrastructure security, end user device technologies.Builds successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring fast, reliable, cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs.  Provides analysis, recommendations and effective implementation of all technology solutions and processes for programs and initiatives supporting IT/OT and field services infrastructure.Supports formal governance mechanisms to establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by IT/OT teams.Supports testing and development of procedures for disaster recovery, network and system upgrades and changes for IT/OT and field services infrastructure.Partners with enterprise Security teams to continually analyze cyber security risks and leads operations teams to improve cyber security posture for IT/OT and field services infrastructure.Drives technology implementation and leads teams through change management initiatives supporting IT/OT convergence.Accountable for the renewal and negotiations of hardware and software acquisitions/subscriptions and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.Delivers operational level reports and technical guidance for field services and IT/OT support services.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or relevant field preferred 10+ years of progressive, relevant information technology, industrial controls, and security experience required. Minimum 4-6 years prior experience at the IT management levelStrong proven people leadership with the ability to effectively manage and develop people, drive, deliver and inspire team results. Highly skilled at inspiring and coaching others to demonstrate Weyerhaeuser’s Leadership competenciesMinimum 4-6 years’ experience supporting strategy for and delivering Infrastructure or engineering with experience in a hybrid computing environment, e.g., cloud, on-premises computing, networks, security solutions and distributed computing. Minimum 4-6 years’ experience supporting and leading the strategy for an engineering team and operating an infrastructure and shared service environment in Enterprise and/or IT/OT environments.Minimum 4-6 years’ effectively influencing IT leaders and business leaders on industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and systems; challenge the status quo in support of the technology direction.Wide-ranging experience implementation of security infrastructure and software services & solutionsAbility to understand complex ambiguous issues, own decisions and effectively implement technology solutions that have company-wide impacts.Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with the security function to ensure compliance standards and processes are met.Strong management presence and highly skilled in creating and delivering presentations to all audiences including leaders and individual contributors.Experience in disaster recovery and asset managementEnsures all infrastructure processes are well documented and adhere to audit, regulatory and compliance standards.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, advisory, and influencing skills  Demonstrated experience in effectively driving IT operational effectiveness and efficiencies.What We Offer:Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $125,995-$189,130 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
