The Senior Director Enterprise Org and Talent Planning develops and executes our Talent strategy in support of VERALTO, the PID and WQG Platforms and all Operating Company (OpCo) business strategies. This roles provides guidance and coaching to Talent Leaders at the OpCos to launch and execute innovative talent planning, succession, engagement, performance and organizational development solutions, organization-wide, that solve real business problems. This role provides a unique opportunity to reimagine Org and Talent management processes using VERALTO Enterprise System (VES).This position is part of VERALTO’s global Talent Management Team and will work onsite at Waltham, MA with flexibility.The team enables the organization and VERALTO People Leaders to develop, engage, retain and deploy the best talent to grow our business and grow great careers. This includes the end-to-end ideation, planning, design, execution, branding, launch, continuous improvement and retirement of our Org and talent solutions as well as capability building across the organization to apply these tools effectively leveraging change management tools to ensure global adoption and scale impact. Leads annual process like Performance Management cycle and Engagement cycle across VERALTO.Build Executive Pipelines & Lead Succession Placements – Lead the identification and development of our future Executives and OpCo Presidents to support our strategy of acquiring and driving performance in new businesses that contribute to our portfolio growth. Bring insights and drive process to place the best talent, internal or external, into our most strategic positions through Chessboarding execution and knowing our top talent across the organization. Champion diversity and inclusion through all talent discussions, standard work, programs, and solutions to build diverse Pipelines for today and future of VERALTO.  Generate and leverage insights that focus Talent and Org Solutions on the most Critical Problems Deliver talent and org intelligence and recommend targeted solutions to the Executive Team, business and HR leaders.  Solutions must be scalable, tested, sustainable countermeasures that solve problems for our most critical talent segments and organizational challenges driving our growth. Establish strong eminence and understanding of external environment to identify evolving trends and research related to evolving Human Capital work, workforce, and workplace shifts.Define Infrastructure & Technologies. Partner with IT, HR Operations, VES office, and external vendors to define our tech roadmap to support our talent agenda.  Identify, assess, install and manage tools, applications, integrated technologies (including Workday) to standardize, automate and create an efficient and engaging user experience.  Enable the organization to leverage and contribute to the talent data backbone of VERALTO to inform, guide and support targeted efforts that drive better engagement, retention, development and business growth. Overall 15+ years in Human Resources roles, including experience in OD/Learning & Development or similar field.5+ years Program/Project Management experience with implementing corporate-wide, cross-functional processes and programs from scoping to implementation and sustainment.
