Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna and ZonePerfect – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.Reporting to the AN IT Manufacturing and Quality Systems BRM Director, this role is an IT Program Manager role focused on the delivery of Electronic Batch Record (EBR) to Abbott Nutritional manufacturing sites. This role is accountable for Program Management, with an emphasis on status reporting, financial and schedule tracking across multiple workstreams.What You’ll Work OnMonitoring and managing program and project performance including financials, ensuring the portfolio is progressing as compared to the original plan budgetFinancial management including budget tracking, forecasting, following up on financial issues.  Create statements of work.  Provide bi-weekly view to IT director.Producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project statusModel scenarios and create ad hoc presentations as required for IT directorMeasure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budgetTrack milestones, impediments, risks and issues.Leverage project delivery best practices to build detailed project plans ensuring dependencies and critical path are identified and stringently managedCoordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.Partner with IT BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) to understand ongoing project demand and balance against capacity. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and ProceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline / Master’s Degree preferredAt least 9 years experience in project management, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 6 years’ experience managing large projects/programs.Managing complex programs involving multiple projects managers and cross-functional development/testing teamsStrong hands-on experience with MS ProjectHands on experience managing schedule and financial aspects of a large programExperience managing multiple projects / workstreams.  Working in matrix global organization with strategic sourcing partners where success requires broad orchestration of resources and servicesExperience with GMP manufacturing for nutritional’s, pharmaceuticals or similar industry Experience with technologies and best practices in project managementExcellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skillsExecutive stakeholder management experiencePreferred QualificationsMasters Degree in relative fieldPMP preferredExperience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g. validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products) is preferredApply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
