We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the Talent Strategy area who could support the team in designing and delivering projects bringing a fresh and innovative thinking and experience.In this role you will also have the opportunity to:Serve as a Project Manager on large client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution designIdentify and promote new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal processTake part actively in the proposition and bidding processAct as the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectationsCreate client centric solution, combining the several services provided by all Mercer’s Practices that can empower client’s leadersDetermine the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles and responsibilities within the client teamPlan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from senior leadersLead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clientsManage project’s P&L, assuring the best client satisfaction according to the efficiency KPIs for MercerDelegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needsSupport business and intellectual capital development (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future and People Engagement)What you need to have: University Master Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management / Psychologyat least 10 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies (preferred experiences on international companies)experience and proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of the Talent Strategy areas (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future and People Engagement, etc.)experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients and working by projectsattitude to create innovative solutions interest and attitude to sell projects and solutionsExcellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)English and Italian proficiencyMercer is a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people, with more than 85,000 colleagues and annual revenue of over $20 billion.
