Job Title: Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer Job ID: 9885 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10 – 10 hours Monday – Thursday; Overview We are seeking an Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer to perform professional assignments following established policies. This position requires some professional judgment and a limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. This position will be located in our Camden, Arkansas facility. Essential Functions Perform technical supervision and troubleshooting of complex operations involved in the manufacture of Warhead mixing, casting and assembly operations Originate, prepare, and maintain detailed planning (Standard Operating Procedures) for the manufacture of inert/energetic components Perform hands-on pilot operations for manufacture of new inert/energetic components, and development program components. Accurately report problems, solutions, and results in concise written and oral communications. Perform mathematical calculations for geometric checks and chemical mixtures. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
