Job Opportunity: Pharmacist PRN - Mail Order Specialty Pharmacy

Location: Ontario, California

Dates Needing Coverage: March 25th-29th, 2024

Length of Assignment: Ongoing

Shifts: Various. PRN Coverage when needed. True PRN position.

Description of Need: We are seeking a Pharmacist for a closed-door specialty mail order pharmacy in Ontario, California.

Job Duties:

  • Review content and accuracy of drug packaging and labeling.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of new and refill prescriptions.
  • Assist in the proper ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, storage, and inventory management of all controlled substances.
  • Familiarity with 340B program.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of pharmacy experience.
  • Mail Order or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Experience with 340B program preferred but not required.
  • CA State Pharmacist License required.
