A Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse at Restore * Maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff * Administers IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections offering a full menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. * Educates clients on the benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients. * Administers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions. * Utilizes blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness. * Manages the medical supply inventory and ordering processes. * Promotes memberships and medical services based on client needs. * Documents client visits via electronic medical records (EMR). * Communicates to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects clients experience. * Participates in community outreach, off-site events, and/or special projects. * Maintains a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules and regulations. * Provides exceptional customer service through proactive communication seeking to understand needs * Ensures time sheet and payroll accuracy for each employee Registered Nurse Strengths * Solid work ethic and a commitment to integrity * Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others * Analytical problem solving and decision making * Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy * Effective organization and time management * Stress management skills Position Requirements * Must possess a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state you are applying * Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer * Must be available to work during all store operating hours, including weekends and holidays (when needed) * Ability to lift 20 pounds. * Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar) preferred * Must have experience administering injections * Must be comfortable with patient charting and EMR systems Benefits We Offer * Competitive Hourly Wage (with bonus opportunities) with a higher wage for weekend shifts. * Work/Life Balance * Complimentary Core Services * Discounts on Specialty Services, products, and apparel * Unlimited growth potential * Generous paid time off (120 hours in the first year) * Competitive medical insurance plans (FT Only) * Employer paid employee life/AD&D insurance * Fun, friendly, and relaxed environment More About Us Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the United States.
