Credit Specialist An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next Credit Specialist to join our team in our Hialeah, FL 33014 location. Who We Are: Founded in 1984, AAA Supply is engaged in the marketing and distribution of HVAC, Appliance, Refrigeration and Maintenance Supplies. AAA Supply's corporate headquarters and lead distribution center are in Hialeah, Florida. We currently have partnerships with pick-up locations and service centers throughout the United States. We also offer full-service facilities in the Florida cities of Hialeah, Miami, Orlando, Fort Myers and Rivera Beach. About the Role: The Credit Manager will be responsible for reviewing the credit and trade process receivables consisting of approximately $6 Million in open invoices and 1,000 active commercial accounts. The Credit Manager will collaborate closely with customers to address credit issues and must collaborate internally with receivables clerks, sales staff and management. What You Will Do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Create New Accounts:Determine credit worthiness. Determine the appropriate Credit Terms (Days, Credit Limits). Confirm compliance and payment portal set up Update customer data Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Review Accounts Receivable Aging Reach-out to Past Due Accounts for Collection Emphasis on calling the client for monies due Document contact and information on SAP platform Provide all necessary documentation to past due accounts to collect ( Invoices, Packing List, tracking numbers, Portals, etc.) Meet regularly with management to review aging and past due accounts Review Credit Holds: Evaluate orders on hold Analyze credit limits & terms Run credit hold reports Work with territory managers to resolve past due accounts Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: Degrees are welcome, but not required, we value EXPERIENCE in our industry. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of CREDIT management experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for running reporting is a MUST. Proficiency in SAP a plus. Knowledge of OPS Technology, Nexus, Paymode or Payscan a plus. Experience with warranties and invoice aging a plus. Experience with managing sales tax exemptions, resale certificates and lien reporting including preparation for liens or claim of liens a huge plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST. Company Offers: Annual salary range is $60k to $65k, commensurate with experience and education. End of Year bonus is available at the company’s discretion.
