As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Event and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department with their various needs. ABOUT YOU You reside in Indiana and are passionate about Marketing, Event planning and sustainability. You are a skilled hands-on professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You are a highly motivated and autonomous person who demonstrates a sense of ownership. You also have the following assets: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or related field. · Experience in planning and organizing trade shows, customer events, and meetings. . Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. . Highly organized and detail oriented. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Up to 20% travel for tradeshows and related events Key Responsibilities Scheduling, booking, planning, and organizing best-in-class transportation trade shows which entails: · Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising with vendors to determine their booth requirements. · Managing the booking and registration of vendors, employees, and guests. · Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings. · Coordinating the logistical requirements such as security, equipment rentals, and catering services. · Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly. · Ensuring that all health and safety standards are adhered to during the event. · Some physical labor required to assemble and dissemble trade show booth. · Booking entertainment · Making on time accurate payments to vendors. Scheduling, booking, planning, and organizing best-in-class Customer Appreciation Events which entails: · Booking hotel rooms · Booking catering · Ordering promotional items Scheduling, booking, planning, and organizing best-in-class Sales Meetings: · Preparing meeting rooms for appointments · Coordinate schedules. · Greets customers and clients prior to meetings. Sales support for sales team regional events and dealer open houses: · Registration to events · Shipments · Ordering branded apparel and promotional items) Administrative tasks · Answering phone calls and emails. · Creating Purchase Orders and Reception. · ZoHo Expense Reports Requirements · Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets. · Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment. . Ability to work under pressure. .
