CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE PASSIONATE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Duties:
* Tracks production requests and output by completing logs.
* Verifies output by comparing request requirements with production output.
* Expedites output delivery by checking schedules; verifying status; providing reminders.
* Forwards output by sorting and assembling documents; distributing production to clients.
