We are growing our Warehouse Operations and we need energetic, motivated, and high performing EXPERIENCED Warehouse Technician/ Delivery Driver. You Control Your Pay Raises Based on YOU Achieving Well-Defined Performance Levels YOU MUST: be at least 25 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements. have a clean driving record (No Major Accidents the last 3 years and no DUIs). be able to work a full workday standing and moving around in a fast-pace. be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times each day. A PLUS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING (with other qualifications): Forklift experience TWIC COMPENSATION: $16/hour Starting Compensation Opportunity for Call Out rotation work that is paid at up to $75/ hour (after fully trained). Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $560* that are paid every 3 months. * *Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
