Position Overview:

The Automotive Part Time On-Call Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional automotive experience for our customers by seamlessly connecting their sales appointments with convenient vehicle delivery and pick-up services. As a On-call Driver, you will be responsible for efficiently transporting customer vehicles to and from our center, while also providing assistance to customers with entering/exiting and loading/unloading their cars. Must be able to drive long distances and in all weather conditions.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • As a Driver, you will interact with customers daily. It is crucial that you possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Attention to detail is vital in this role, as you will be responsible for handling customer vehicles. We expect our Drivers to uphold high standards of cleanliness and care for both the vehicles and the customers' belongings.
  • Familiarity with Summit County and the surrounding regions is highly advantageous. Being knowledgeable about various neighborhoods, traffic patterns, and alternate routes will enable you to navigate efficiently and provide a seamless service experience for our customers.
  • Able to drive long distances and can drive in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
  • A valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record are non-negotiable requirements. Your driving history should demonstrate responsible and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and drug screen for illegal substances to ensure the safety and security of our customers and company.
  • Authorized to Work in the United States and be able to provide appropriate documentation to verify their eligibility.
